Our aim is for pricing to be transparent, to offer value and measurable return on investment to the client. Our pricing ethos is in compliance with our code of practice ensuring common practices of other consultants (such as not passing on travel rebates to clients; charging for the relocation of staff; billing clients for time not worked; adding overheads to charges; charging flat rate expenses and keeping what is not spent or charging for people at a grade above their level etc) are avoided. Our fee structure is a simple all inclusive transparent fee and we are more than happy to include success fees based on performance and delivery.
When acting on a Private/Public project we are willing to become involved at an early stage on a risk-sharing basis (by way of a contingent or partly contingent fee) so that the client can have the benefit of our expertise from the start. This enables issues to be identified and dealt with in an efficient manner and ensures that the process does not become separated from the key drivers to the project.
